Founding
The Department of Ecology was founded in 1983 (Gov. Gaz. 69/22-2-83) replacing the former Chair of Ecology, which was established in 1978. The Laboratory of Ecology was founded in 1976 (Gov. Gaz. 140/9-6-76).
